At Cirqlar Property Solutions we only partner with companies with a proven track record and individuals who are specialists in their field. Trevor Hawkins, director and CEO of Cirqlar Property Solutions has serviced the property industry successfully since 2004.
Trevor launched his own company in 2004 primarily focusing on the industrial property sector. In 2014 he identified an opportunity to extend the company services to other property sectors. These sectors include commercial, retail, and residential. To achieve this, he employed a team of professionals in the property sector and rolled this out successfully to where the business is today. The business implemented a unique and effective business model and all professionals employed by the company are entrepreneurs and owners of their own business units to ensure every individual is hands on and totally committed to achieving optimal results for their clients.

Passionate about multiple fields, Cynthia found her space in Marketing and growing talent. With a keen eye for understanding consumer behavior and a knack for nurturing talent, Cynthia embarked on a career journey that seamlessly merged her love for marketing with her passion for cultivating and empowering individuals.
Having managed teams across diverse industries, Cynthia’s expertise spans a broad spectrum. From tech startups to established agricultural companies, she has navigated the dynamic landscape of human resources and marketing with finesse and strategic vision.
As she continues to chart new territories Cynthia remains steadfast in her belief that the key to unlocking true potential lies in nurturing people and embracing the ever evolving landscape of marketing and human resources.
Radhi Vandayar

A leader and specialist in the Employee Assistance industry in South Africa, ThruVision’s founder and CEO, Radhi Vandayar, is a passionate people engagement professional. Radhi has a demonstrable track record of working in EAP consultancy and employee wellness. For over twenty years she has supported executives and employees within public and parastatal bodies, NPOs and corporate organisations – with a focus on enhancing business results through people-driven projects. In 2018, Radhi was elected to the post of President Elect of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association of South Africa (EAPA-SA). She has served on the EAPA-SA Board since 2010. This forum allows her to be part of the growth of the industry within a South African and sub-Saharan African context. Radhi has an Honours degree in Social Work. She was awarded an MBA and Coaching accreditation through Henley Business College in 2012 and 2017 and is an accredited COMENSA coach.

With over 20 years of experience in promotions, sales, service, and customer relations, Leigh has dedicated her career to prioritizing customer satisfaction. Recognizing the importance of a customer-centric approach, she founded a staffing and consulting business. Specializing in the FMCG sector, particularly retail, promotions, and account management, Leigh brings extensive knowledge in on-site and off-site consumption, team management, and National Key Account perspectives. Her expertise extends to the Electronic Security space, where she understands the industry from sales and service to technical aspects. Leigh’s goal is to connect businesses with the right people, fostering a customer-focused growth mindset.
Cynthia Bricknell
Head: Design and Social Media
Passionate about multiple fields, Cynthia found her space in Design and social media where she can learn and create on different subjects. Over the past few years, she found herself in the financial sector niche assisting insurance companies, cooperative banks, and financial houses with their strategy and online presence.
She is excited to be part of the team at Cirqlar, she finds their “out of the box” thinking exciting and refreshing.
Peter Frolich
CEO Creovision
Peter is the founder, managing director and technical director of CreoVision Investments (Pty) Ltd.
Peter is a qualified electrical engineer from the University of Witwatersrand. Peter worked in the financial services sector for seven years, where he was a senior analyst at Investment Solutions and as head of unitisation at RisCura. The focus on pension fund management built a good foundation for managing investment funds.
He developed a passion for renewable energy in 2015, and founded Nesa Engineering, a specialist renewables EPC company focused on providing high-end rooftop solar solutions to the public building over 30MWp of PV and battery systems.
He also founded Nesa Investment Holdings, a 12J company, that has invested over R300m in 70 renewable energy projects through power purchase agreements and rentals across South Africa.
We are excited to welcome Peter as our infrastructure development and renewable energy expert in the team.
Dawie Brink

Dawie Brink, is veteran of South Africa’s B-BBEE industry with over a decade of experience. His journey began in B-BBEE verification and evolved into consulting after 2.5 years. Today, he is the founder of CORES, an esteemed advisory firm. CORES proudly serves numerous medium to large enterprises spanning various industries, including multinational entities.
Their forte lies in the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, where they excel at helping clients achieve optimal compliance at minimal costs.
